Gobi Desert, Mongolia, Part VI – Hustai National Park

[nggallery id=105 template=”caption”]

We had a big argument about either driving to some place with domestic horses tomorrow and ride horses or drove a whole day and get to Hustai National Park the day after tomorrow.  After a not-so-pleasant horse-riding experience around the Great White Lake, I definitely voted for watching the wild horses in the national park.  It took the two of us some persuasion to convince the four guys, especially when spotting any wild horse in the national park is not guaranteed.  Eventually we all made the decision to take the risk and find some wild horses in the national park.

The risk was worth it.
