Purmamarca, Argentina

I was quite hesitant to ride long-hour buses to go to La Paz.  To break this 26 hours journey, I stopped by a little village Purmamarca, known for its seven colored mountains.  I was dropped off with 2 runners by the road that goes into the mountain.  It was a 3 km road going to Purmamarca.  Not long after the runner started off their running, I was fortunately enough to hitch a tour van with some other people who were dropped off at the same junction earlier.

After 3km of dramatic scenery of mountains, rivers, and canyons, soon enough I was dropped off at the village next to the mountain.  As I was dropping off my luggage with a hostel at the entrance of the village, I met up with 2 French guys from Marseille and their Argentinian buddy.  The four of us walked around the mountain while trying to count its colors many times.
